Tortoise torture suspect now facing sex charges

According to an arrest report issued by the Clay County Sheriff's Office Wednesday, Jennifer Greene is charged with lewd and lascivious battery on an underage boy. The alleged incident on June 19. According to the report, Greene engaged in multiple sexual acts with the boy while she was 17-years-old. The victim's age is redacted in the report.
The victim told investigators the two were playing hide and seek when he initiated a sexual conversation that led to the sexual activity.
Greene is being charged as a juvenile for lewd and lascivious battery.

And judging by the fact that she's only getting 60 days the boy was probably like 16 so not really a big deal
