I paid $559 for that exact same rifle about 3 months ago. That price included shipping though.

According to the website linked above, they charge a flat shipping fee of $19.95 per rifle, so the final price would be about $503.

So others said, not a great deal, but better than most. If you'd like a npap this is a good enough deal to buy.

I have a Yugo M70. How is it different from the NPAP?

From what I understand, they are identical except for the following:

1. NPAP does not have a bayonet lug.
2. NPAP does not have a grenade launcher sight.

Most likely your M70 is built on a US made receiver from a surplus yugo parts kit. The PAP rifles are new production rifles that are fully built in Serbia and a few US made parts are added to them once they are imported such as trigger, pistol grip, etc.
