He's coming off a season ending injury last year, but has had time to get healthy. We know he's never had a 1000 yard receiving year yet, but with Jackson heading to Washington something has to give.

Cooper and Maclin appear to be the #1 and #2 in Philly.

Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin, who tore his ACL a year ago, looks "fantastic" in training camp, according to coach Chip Kelly. For his part, Maclin said he's a stronger version of his former self.

Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin, who is coming back from last year's torn ACL, is expected to be the No. 1 option in the passing game with DeSean Jackson now gone, reports Comcast Sports Net.

And if that's the case, Maclin could post the best stats of his career. His best season to date was 70 catches for 964 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2010.

"As far as numbers and everything, I've never really got into numbers," Maclin said. "But if they plan on me being a big part of this offense like I think they are, I think the numbers will come. I'm not going to get wrapped up in all that. That’s how I'm going to approach the season."

I have Nelson as my WR1 and then a jumbled mess of Terrance Williams, Percy Harvin, Emmanuel Sanders and Jeremy Maclin

I like him alot. I think he will get the most targets in that entire offense and will be a ppr beast.

I have him as a WR2. I think he has a big year this year, IF HE STAYS HEALTHY.

Besides Sanders, this mess doesn't look that messy. Willams really came on last season. A rookie who topped 700 yards should improve in his sophmore season.

Harvin and Maclin were out last year, but either one of them could turn into a solid WR. Sanders hasn't impressed me much, but the other guys have the potential to be a nice group.

Cooper is the WR to own in Philly, IMO. He and Foles seem to have a pretty good repor and he'll be the red zone target, I think. I just can't trust Maclin to do anything but get hurt by week 5. At which point Jordan Matthews might get a little shine.
