Anybody else ever gotten a ridiculously sized portion of protein in a pack (big or small)?

I had to go to Olive Garden fairly recently and wanted to keep my lunch light and semi-healthy. I ordered some kind of chicken from their "health" menu and was served a chicken breast about that size. Should have seen that coming I guess, but how in the hell they figure that'll fill anyone up besides a toddler is beyond me.

I actually prefer the smaller ones over the 1 lb ones Sanderson farms sells.
