When BBQing Goes Wrong

I know the police bashers on the day shift will be along shortly to decry that the sky is falling. But this time it is a load of crap. The bias of the source is more than apparent. The stills don't show anything even close to a chokehold and you better believe they went through the video frame by frame to get the best still shot. You can pretty much guarantee the police didn't roll out to the "illegal BBQ" call with the intent to arrest everyone present. I can only imagine how things went after they told them to get the grill off the porch.
They also list the fact that she is pregnant (who can tell?) and that her kid was watching as if that should have shielded her from arrest. Does this mean bank robbers can now bring their kids along to claim immunity from arrest? They act like this is a minimum length on fish. Officer: "Well, we caught that robber today but turned out she had a doctors note that she is pregnant plus her damn kid was in the car. Had to throw her back."

I would agree that in this case, this is a non issue.
The people were breaking the law. They were asked to change their bbq to obey the law and they refused.
What do you want the cops to do when they ask people to obey the law and people refuse?

And they must be dealt with accordingly. Maybe a few heads need to be cracked to let everyone know criminal mischief like this simply won't be tolerated. Boot to the head anyone?
