Alarm services...

Just was wondering if the OT had suggested alarm services in the BR area and how much. Trying to figure out which one to use and if I need to get a house phone. Would rather just have cell in house but don't know how expensive it would be. Suggestions? Thanks

We just cancelled ADT and Custom Security is installing in our house Aug 5th. They can use cell towers instead of a landline

Went with Custom Security. system was about $800 and I pay $32 a month for cell monitoring with ability to operate alarm through app on cell phone.
Warning though, young installers will potentially damage your house. I had them drill through my roof when they were installing the window sensor
ETA: Insurance discount came out to about $15 a month.
