Some think he will see the studs we have coming in now and next year and eventually flip to Texas.

who do we have next year that would intimidate him that badly?

Darnell Willaims and Guice are good but not so much better that Brossette would be too intimidated.

There's SOME smoke.... so can't say truly 99.9% solid.

I hope he stays. I think Miles, Frank Wilson, and now with Cam a RB can develop into a truly well-rounded NFL prospect (and have to do many things right for the NFL now) at LSU.

And that's not even counting the historical record. Just what's in place now.

Nothing against Nic, but as long as we keep Ducre and Guice, we will be fine.

Brossette is on campus. Would be really hard to take him off.

I'm sure Texas is trying to use the potential depth chart at LSU in their favor. I hope Nick remains in the class. He was one of the first commits for 2015.

Why would he not?

LF will be gone after 3 years. And, more importantly, LSU has proven that you can play multiple RBs and they will have a shot at the NFL. Blue is getting a shot. Ware and Ford too. Ford barley played and he got a shot.

The NFL is, more and more, not wanting to take RBs that got used up in college. Look at the failures of those Bama backs.

The NFL wants a little less tread were. At LSU, almost everyone plays, gets better, and has a chance to prove themselves to the league.

What more do you want?

Ever since Dinardo had Faulk, Mealy and Collins here at the same time we've always seemed to have several great RB'S who weren't scared off sure to competition. I don't see that changing.
