Wasn't mowing that specific area of the yard. Saw him going down toward the creek, got off the mower and whacked him with a big stick.

My son is holding it so I can take picture. It was 32" long which is pretty big for a copperhead.

I would. I killed a garter snake and had to pick it up with a shovel WITH gloves on.

I had the sledge hammer ready to do work when i saw this one from my kitchen.
But then saw the spots.


My lab didnt even bother it.

Wow, 32", I think that is a record. If you would have caught it and contacted the heptology people, you could have gotten a 1000.00 dollar reward. Oh, well, shoot first, ask questions later.
