OT plastic surgeons. Does real or fake stand the test of time better?

Two hypothetical next door neighbors, both 36C's. One was gifted with good DNA, the other is a miracle of medical science. All else being equal, which will look better at 40? 50?

Deviated septum(sp)? I have the same thing from being punched in the nose too many times. I would see an ent if I were you. I want to have mine fixed but I still box and I don't want to have it fixed again. I will wait until I no longer allow people to punch me in the face when I am a little older.

Both are gonna need some touching up. Not a single pair of unaltered 40 year old titties look good. but natural plus plastic is way better than a chick with no natural meat and bolt-ons.

i get knocked in the nose in basketball every now and then but I dont think any of the hits will be bad enough to have to get it fixed again

I would wait until you give it up. The surgery sucks and it would be chitty to have to go through it twice.

Wouldn't a plastic surgeon tell them it will require future surgeries for upkeep during the initial consultation?
But you are right, I'm sure many women wouldn't necessarily know that until actually getting serious about getting a boob job and seeing a surgeon about it.

The girls I know didn't, they were in their early 20s and just wanted big boobs.

The normal human only breathes through one nostril at a time. It alternates which nostril several times throughout the course of a week or so. If you have gone longer than a couple of days without switching which nostril you breathe through, then you do have a problem that deserves to be looked at. Going to a plastic surgeon for a bump on your nose is one thing, but for an actual physiologic complaint, it's usually best to start with your PCP unless you are an established patient with an ENT or Plastic Surgeon. If it doesn't bother you that much, you can even wait until your annual checkup to mention it to them. Assuming he's competent, there's probably a myriad of non-surgical options to have you breathe out of each side. If surgery for aesthetics is your end-game though, plastics or ENT is a good place to start for what you're describing.
