That was a little too direct from me.

From a technical blue screen, and stylistic standpoint, really excellent production, there are few other works that even come close to making you feel as if you are in low orbit, the air-flight space sim shots in Apollo 13 is one.
Bullock and Clooney.. meh,, so so performances,, not great but not bad either. Clooney did make a much more convincing astronaut than Bullock did an engineer.
The plot devices with the final scenes of Clooney,,, yea,,, kinda yawn to me.
Still a good movie, very well worth seeing.

Spoilers below:
My only real problem with the film was the use of the fire extinguisher. Other than that I felt like I was in space. I also saw it on an XD screen in 3D which probably enhanced the film.

Sandra Bullock is a wretched count.

That seems a tad bit harsh.

It was meh. She really annoyed me in that film.

required suspension of disbelief for that and a few other technical errors, but well worth it, imo.

I don't wander here often, and maybe this is why. The plot was stupid, the movie was incredibly boring.
I'm sure I'll be called a barbaric simpleton and that it was just over my head, but damn it was dumb.
