Bachmann: gay community wants to allow adults to prey upon children

It's a left-wing news source, so I'm sure some will discount the actual recorded conversation of her saying this:
While she has a point regarding the push by some to punish those with differing opinions, the GOP needs to separate itself far away from statements like the above. If this whack job gets paraded out at the primaries along with Santorum, I will have lost all faith in the GOP's ability to run a national campaign.

She will. Because the leftwing media runs the debates. And the leftwing media will include her on the early debate panels.

Anyone remember when the public was assured that gays will never want gay marriage and that civil unions were fine?
Or, how about when they were assured that gays were not going to force unwilling states to recognized their marriages?
The people that argued this was a lie were attacked for being extreme.
In every instance regarding homosexuals, the "extremists" have been proven correct. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, or next week, or next year, but in every case.
The same rationale used to fight bans on gay marriage will be used in other areas. You can guarantee it.

Bachmann is out there. But talk of age of consent laws pre dates her appearance on the national stage.
I am very concerned about changing Age of Consent laws. But I haven't heard of any push that way lately.

Not in the U.S., but there has been a movement pushing to lower age of consent in the U.K. for years, so far they have not been successful.
