Obama motorcade blocks woman in labor from hospital.

I got trapped in an Obama Motorcade when I was living in Las Vegas.
It was Sept 12 2012, the day after Benghazi when he went to go to his infamous Las Vegas rally/fundraiser. I had just gotten off work at Planet Hollywood and got caught in it on Las Vegas Blvd driving home, and was stuck infront of New York, New York for about 2.5 hours. It was miserably hot that day, and the AC in my car was broken. I basically got out and sat on the back of my car waiting for it to end. It was miserbale and no one was happy. Thankfully a guy from NYNY came out and started handing out water bottles for free otherwise I would have dehydrated or gotten a heat stroke.

Was she actually in labor or was she just sitting at the bus stop? All we have is a 20 second video from 50 feet away.
What kinda reporting is that?
If she was actually in labor, she would've gotten across the street. Were there people right there to stop her?

It's because they go way overboard and block off or shut off way too many streets, instead of just the ones they need to shut off
When I got stuck on the Strip in Las Vegas, Obama was having his fundraiser at Cox Pavilion which is connected to the T&M at UNLV. They could have shut down the roads on the other side of Maryland Parkway and not the ultra busy Las Vegas Blvd and given him his path to and from McCarron Airport to UNLV, but instead they pretty much shut down every road within a 5 mile radius of UNLV and McCarron. Unnecessary IMO.
