I recently graduated and got a job, and I'm looking for advice on how to invest the money I'm putting into my retirement account.

What are the typical fees associated with receiving advice from a CFP? Is it a flat fee for a one-time consultation, or do they collect a percentage of the account's earnings? What's the typical amount (so I know I'm not being taken advantage of)?
