I'm going on a duck/goose hunt in Regina, Canada at the end of September and was wondering if the OB had any experience hunting the great white north that time of year. Historical average temperature is around 55 with a low of 35. Has anyone been up there that can confirm that?

Also, the hunting will be out of coffin blinds, something I've never had great success with. Any pointers on shooting from my arse?

Yes, and can get colder than that is a good front is rolling in. FYI, that's a good time to go but it can be hit or miss if the migration is in full swing or not for the geese.

Takes some getting used to but not hard once you get the feel of it. You could start practicing now so you wouldn't be on a short learning curve.
