As said in the other thread, it's going through a shite LOAD of dry air. It probably won't even make it to the Caribbean, and for it to have any chance of evolving into a threat it has to make it to the west caribbean for good conditions.

Well now that Obama is in office, and he doesn't hate black people like Bush did, if something happened the unfortunate African Americans of La would not be FORCED to look for food and water like they were during Katrina.
