U.S. men's national team player Julian Green has been called up to Bayern Munich's first team for the club's upcoming tour of the United States. Green (19) became the youngest U.S. player to ever score a goal in the World Cup with his overtime goal against Belgium in the round of 16.

Being an American is actually working in Julian's favor now. Bayern Munich has millions of reasons to help Julian succeed, and I think he will. I see a lot of sub appearances in his near future.

Bayern needs to snatch up the American market. Bayern isn't dumb. No German team really has a foot hold in the states like the multiple epl teams and madrid and barca.
