Spicing up the NFL preseason

There has to be something that can be done. A few suggestions:
#1 In the HOF game: make it the previous year's worst team vs. college all-stars
#2 Only allow teams to make cuts during games. Scroll the latest cuts at the bottom of the screen. Player X might miss a tackle or something and be cut right there on the spot and have to make the walk of shame back to the locker room.

1 would it be players drafted? their teams wouldnt go for that. Current NCAA players coaches wouldnt want that and they would be so unorganized they would get destroyed. Even if they were organized theyd get destroyed

why does it need to be better? everyone understands what goes on in preseason. Only thing I would like to see is that season ticketholders shouldnt have to pay for the seats and I would also like them to do a regional game each year. like saints in shreveport, lafayette, or mobile or something for 1 preseason game every year.

How about moving all the games to practice fields and don't force season ticket holders to have to buy tickets to two glorified scrimmages?
