Just finished Rocky 4 for the first time in about 10 years. That heartfelt speech at the end about we can all change...inspirational.
Did this help end the Cold War? Hell, even the Russian leaders on the show gave him a standing o.

Rocky IV didn't "kick off" the end of the Cold War. Rock IV didn't "help" end the Cold War.
Rocky IV is the sole reason for our victory in the Cold War! The Berlin Wall literally crumbled bit by bit with each thunderous freedom punch that collided with that Commie bastard Drago's face.
