I don't know the names there, but get one with soy paper wrap and no rice if they have it. Also, try to get a bottle of unfiltered cold sake to go.

Ended up getting tuna roll, tuna and avocado roll, and the pepper tuna appetizer (yes I like tuna). It was all very meh. Disappointed because I have eaten at one of the other locations a hand full of times and really liked it.

Which sake cafe did you go to?

The one uptown is not part of the same franchise as the ones in metairie, kenner, and elmwood.

What area of town are you in? Sake is super meh to me...Kanno, Ohana, and Little Tokyo are all way better than Sake if you're in Metairie/Kenner area.

Kenner. There's a new place that opened up called tokyo grill that I thought about trying. But figured sake cafe was a safe bet

Yeah, Kenner doesn't have too many sushi places to pick from.

Cherry Blossom Japanese Restaurant seems to have good reviews though. It's on Vets in Kennah.
