At least for a while.

He hid under the boat for much of the way back to JNU according to the girl who took the video.

Yep, twice. You don't see that often. Even as slowly as it was swimming because the sea lion was wore out from evading them.

Someone took this photo in Auke Bay two days ago, a sea lions last moments.

Orcas are incredible hunters.

Damn that was awesome, made me jump the second time. Lucky arse sea lion, but I like pulling for the underdog.

I will admit, I imagined that sea lion was a top water chug bait and wanted to set the hook on that 2nd strike.
