Recommend a game on PSN for PS4 and/or Vita around $25-30

Right now I'm looking at Child of Light (PS4 bc its not cross buy and on PS4 I would be able to remote play on my vita) Another World (out of this world remaster, cross buy on vita/PS4) and Playstation All-Star Battle Royale on Vita (I love smash bros and think this would be a good value at $20, haven't played it) also Vagrant Stories on ps4 looks great.
What are some good games on the PSN in the $30 range for vita or PS4?
I like RPGs (still playing Persona 4, close to GOAT RPG), simulations, action-adventures, open worlds, retro types as in Hotline Miami, etc)
I really like a little of all genres.

Even though it is short, I actually really liked ground zeroes. But you may want to get a little more gameplay out of your money

I actually have MGS5: Ground Zeroes, I love it and it plays awesome via remote play.

This seems like it would be a perfect vita game. Yes I know you can remote play, but I am on a plane most the time that I play and remote play is not an option.

Yea, it could be a pretty fun game for the Vita. I couldn't play games like CoD or NBA 2K on a Vita because the buttons just seem to complex to translate over to a Vita. Don't Starve would be a great game for it.

I just started playing Don't Starve again this week. I forgot how addicting it is. 7-22 is the release date for the DLC Reign of Giants. Can't wait.

I was addicted at first. But that wore off once I realized it was like minecraft in the fact that you couldn't really win.

You can win Adventure Mode. I never do it though. I usually hang around one world for around 100 days and then pack up and go to another. Starting new worlds keeps it fresh enough for me.

Child of Light is a great choice, but I also would recommend Transistor.
For Vita, I'd Ys 4 a shot if you haven't already.

So child of light looks like the consensus here, I played the demo and Enjoyed it, and it was at the top of my list so it's perfect (well almost, bc it's not cross buy for whatever reason, so I'm getting the ps4 version so I can remote play on the vita, I wish all games did cross buy though id like to play it without having wifi around but having remote play and a fiber connection at home makes it pretty convenient)

Should get Persona 3 Portable and/or Ys: Memories of Celceta.
