Well, sort of. At the present, he will have to go through another round with the court.

For now, he has to pay court cost... 100k. All to be allowed to see records. If he had to do that in 82 counties.. lol!

As I stated, he has the right... and he will not win.

I thought he was your boy. Why are you rejoicing in his misfortune?

MS law says you cannot give out addresses and phone numbers. All that was done here was redacting that info from copies given to McDaniel. Still 0/2 with high courts. Petulant 3 year old.

How did he do at the ballot box among registered Republicans?

There seems to be plenty of petulance to go around in this race. An all around embarrassment for the Republican Party in MS as far as I can tell.

Interesting comment among the comment section after that article. Basically refutes the legitimacy of his stated need. I have no idea if this is true, what say you Ms. voters?

"Every voter was given a registration number. As a consequence, people with the same last name could not be confused with one another, nor people from the same family with the same first and last names."

No such thing in MS. You must be new to this discussion. We don't have party registration here. Thank the Justice Dept

ETA - decision was made when Dixiecrats were still trying to suppress black vote. Party registration was another intimidation point. At that time, blacks were trying to register republican.

The first time I voted against thad. Just because he got my vote does not mean I can't be honest about the situation.

Yes, privately. But means absolutely nothing to state law.

Whose question? There is absolutely no public record of party registration in MS. So what is the question?

ETA - Thus there is no way to determine how many registered Republicans voted. Either way.

100k? How much does a judge make per ruling or are they trying to pay for a new court house. I assume these are public records so why so much $$$. I would want an itemized bill before paying.

Well crap. The court is obviously in on the vote rigging scheme as well. This could be bigger than we originally thought. Why isn't Obama doing anything? Oh - yeah - that's right, he's KENYEN.

Yep. When I registered there wasn't even a place to declare a party affiliation.
