I learned a new term today ...Voluntary Miscarriage

Planned Parenthood resents the use of the word 'abortion' even though that is PP's main business. RU486 and other such 'morning after' pills are:
VOLUNTARY MISCARRIAGE
Technically, I suppose it is accurate. The woman volunteers to have a miscarriage. But I just hate the rhetorical gymnastics people go through. Hell, if I shoot a burglar can I call it 'involuntary assisted suicide'?
