Scorebig. It's kind of like Hotwire for tickets. Select the star level of seat and make an offer. If the offer is accepted you find out exactly where you are.

Most of them are legit. There's to much competition otherwise.
Stubhub does tell you the actual price/fees of the ticket though and most others add on the fees at the end.

Stubhub is far and away the best but ticketsnow, which is owned by ticketmaster, is pretty good. Some are sketchier than others. Most of the others are just part of a very large network of sellers that may or may not have the actual tickets available when you purchase.
