Looking at watches all day long and my head is spinning. I want a sport watch and my budget is under $2000.
I'm digging he Longines Conquest L2.743.4.56.6
but want something that is a little more unique without being obnoxious. Help me.

Not sure you'll like it, as it's very simple, but I really want a Tudor Heritage Ranger. Multiple strap options, but here's the bracelet.

I like a lot of Hamilton watches. Check them out.

This is my main daily watch. Hamilton Khaki Navy UTC. It comes with a black dial and a SS bracelet as well, but I wear this config. Great automatic watch that retails for just under $1400 and keeps time in 24 zones. I paid $1000 for mine.
I just picked-up watches about 6 months ago and sank a bit of money into three Omegas, this watch, and a couple of other Hamiltons. I love them all. I probably wear this one to work three days a week and generally swap out with my Omega Seasmaster Pro 300 (costs about 3x as much as this one).

Do you have a smartphone in your pocket?
If so, it should have to time on the lock screen.........or somewhere easily accessible. They usually throw the date on there as well.

Beat me to it. Great entry level "nice" sports watches that you can generally get for $500-$2000. An American brand that was bought by Swatch some time ago. It has a lot of history in American cinema (esp war movies).

In that price range I LOVE the old Breitling Chrono Avenger M1. The pushers can be operated underwater because they are magnet driven. The pushers don't have a stem that goes through the case. Badassery

Used Breitling Superocean 44

Another solid choice.
I also really like these Wengers at around $100-$150

I bought my first nice watch for myself this past Christmas, a Tag Heuer Tachymetre. I'm very happy with it and I think I made a pretty good choice for a starter watch. I have the one below, but there are quite a few Tag styles that can be had in your price range.
