NBA Eastern Conference Way Too Early Predictions

East has gone through a major overhaul. How do you foresee the teams finishing?
My prediction:
1. Bulls
2. Wizards
3. Cavs
4. Pacers
5. Raptors
6. Hornets
7. Heat
8. Knicks
Tough leaving out Atlanta. And I may be way off on Heat and Knicks. Also, wouldn't be surprised to see Van Gundy flip the script in the Motor City.

Heat could be really high if Deng and Wade both stay healthy.
But if they aren't they could fall down to the 7th or 8th seed.

Teague, Millsap, and Horford are a good core. They have some shooters, defensive wings, and some young intriguing talent. Should be a playoff team. I can see the Hawks as a 6th seed and dropping the Knicks off. Heat and Hornets swap.
