Draft Spot - Which one should I go with?

Little background, we do a draft spot draft based on how you finished the year before. I finished 4th. 12 man league. 1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/K/D. Full PPR, 6 pts for every TD. I also have Doug Martin kept as my third round pick.
I am debating over the 4th spot or the 12th spot. I figure at 4, maybe one of the 3 RBs slips and then I am fairly set at RB or I grab Mega. At 12 I can likely do Dez/Foster. Thoughts?

So would you rather a Lacy/Antonio Brown/Martin or AJ Green/Foster/Martin?

I'm not a fan of Martin this year though. He's a big question mark for me, given OC J. Tedford's statements about using a committee this season. Foster's injury issues scare me, so personally I am steering clear of him this year.

Id like input based on the idea that Martin is mine for a 3rd, im not asking about him.

There's 4 RBs IMO. Charles, McCoy, AP, Forte.
ETA:
Picking 12th makes your 3rd round Doug Martin a much better value as you get him at #36 as opposed to #28... But at the same time picking 4th, you are guaranteed one of the Big 4 RBs... It's a tough call.
I would probably pick 4th and lock down a Big 4 RB, then hope a WR like Jordy/Julio is there at #21.
