Had one of these for the first time today and the flavor was insane - which led me to ask if this is legit that the carbs and calorie listings are what they say they are? Would the OT workout crew chow on these post workout or as a meal replacement while losing weight?

I've been skeptical of the fiber content as well. Their chocolate chip cookie dough flavor is good shite.

I didn't really care for them but the girl I was talking to swears by them.

They are excellent. Great source of fiber.

I wouldn't use it as a meal replacement, but it makes a great snack.

I've tried several of the flavors. The Cookies & Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough are by far the best flavors. The Lemon Pie is gross/tastes artificial, the PBJ is so-so, and I wasn't crazy about the Apple Pie.

I was thinking of eating one as a breakfast replacement or a snack at work - I don't eat much for breakfast anyway, but I usually get the grumbles after I make my first delivery (pushing around heavy arse pallets), which would be a great spot for a protein boost.

I thought it was decent...the lemon pie bar is absolutely nasty. And I love real lemon pie.

These are the shite. I eat them all the time. Kinda pricey though.

I eat them as a mid morning snack not a meal replacement. Favorite flavors are the cookies and cream, and the cookie dough ones.

Yeah, $25ish at Vitamin shop for a box. GNC wants something like $35.

Just looked at our suppliment provider. Wholesale price is around $23 and suggested retail is $33.50. GNC always seems to charge retail. I can get it for $18 though.

They're legit.

I eat the cookies and cream and chocolate chip cookie dough.

The recipes you can find online are insane though.

ETA: Pulled a temporary crown off. That's my only complaint.

I love kind bars. Not as good on a profile but they are all natural and taste way better. Good bit of fiber and healthy fats but not much protein.
