That really doesn't look like a team that will contend to win it all. I'd consider a complete rebuild. Pair up some guys to get a younger stud, player for pick(s), yada yada.

Watkins would be a nice start.

Weak. First thing I want to know is when you have to decide.

My gut says draft Bishop Sankey. Your RBs are weak. Gore is headed for decreased numbers. Saw it last year when he was on the sidelines during grind it out time. Sproles won't do enough to start in fantasy unless McCoy gets hurt. Thomas is not worth keeping.

After that, pray that Johnson ends up in New England, although I think Carolina needs him more.

I meant, what free agents are available?

Sankey would be my 1st pick I suppose.

Though Watkins/Cooks sounds tempting too.

Who the hell is available?

Is it strictly just rookies?

You listed 13 players, so unless you play in a 70 team league, there must be some veteran guys thrown back into the draft pool. Who are those guys?

Only way is if you think Sankey is a top-10 back next year and the following years to come.

You can get guys later on: Hill, West, Hyde, etc.

I can see why your tempted to go there. But I wouldn't. First of all, the only rookie WR I'd ever want on my team would be Randy Moss. Second, last time I checked, the Bills have a serious issue at QB. Not the recipe for success for Watkins in year one and no one knows what year two and beyond will bring. Not what I want in my No. 1 dynasty pick.

Gordon didn't seen effected by those bums

Justin Blackmon was killing it with his shitty QBs; Andre Johnson.

If you're talented enough as a WR in today's NFL, the QB doesn't matter.

They'll just force feed him the ball. He'll put up stats. Dual RB tandems and being a passing league nowadays, Watkins provides more upside than any of those rb's listed. Not to mentioned, he's more talented. Go BPA... not need with that first pick. As MWG mentioned, you may be able to pick up one of those rb's in the second.

And even if you didn't want to keep him, he carries the most trade value as well.

Funny that two of the names you mentioned probably won't be playing in 2014. And we really don't know what Johnson is doing either. That said, I have no information that would indicate that Watkins has any signs of falling into the same kind of trouble as the first two.

Also, all three of those guys had sub-1000 yard rookie seasons coupled with a handful or less of TDs.

But I haven't played in dynasty before, so maybe I'm not taking the appropriate long term view.

That's my point

This dude ain't winning his league this year.

Why draft a RB?

Go with the high upside WRs

Here's what I would do:

RB first - best of draft, then backup who may come out - David Wilson, Knile Davis, Christine Michael. Someone who can be the future.

TE cheap - Sefarian-Jenkins, Ertz, Eifert.

WR - this is where your thorough research is key. Know who will be good at some point, and be ready to hold while you drop others.

That's what I'd do.
