I think these were beef or pork. I can't remember. I'll have to ask the person who bought them. I know they weren't chicken. I still have some in the freezer.

When I worked at all star in Alex, there was this chick that would come every Friday and sell them.. Right around 8 or 9..I can't remember now.. Just go hang out there and wait on her..
