Mixed reviews online. I know cox is LA cable co, but I'm sure a few techies here have Comcast in other areas. I trust this board way more than other forums.

TIA

It's not like you are ever going to actually get 105mb, except maybe with a speed test

I have Comcast, 50mb, and routinely get 55-60mb down, 18 up. Haven't had a problem with it yet. Unless you need the extra speed, I've found the 50 to be sufficient and I'm routinely streaming from multiple devices. I think its around $40 cheaper than the 105 too

I have 50mb as well and can stream whatever I want in good quality. Don't see the need for 105.

i have 50mb, if they offered 105, I would have 105.

I get about 35 down/2 up on speed tests.

I am really happy with how fast my internet is, but boy does comcast suck at customer service.

This Comcast customer service rep guarantees the 105mb around the 6:05 mark

I have the 105 and you should too! Worth it if you hate to wait.

I have it, and it's been really reliable so far. Still can't get over 30 wirelessly though, which isn't a huge deal.

I have it and typically get anywhere between 100 and 120 download speed. During peak hours (like now) it can be as low as 75

The cost is about $70/month for that plus basic cable. I actually use the fast bandwidth for work though, most servers can't send you the data that fast but my work servers can so it is well worth it for me.
