Picked up this cookbook yesterday at B&N: 500 Hot and Spicy Recipes..

Looks like one true wing recipe in it.

It contains recipes from around the world.. I'll probably choose one a week and go from there.

The book does have one thing that most do not. It has the nutritional breakdown for every recipe.

ETA: it was in the bargain area and only cost $9.

Yeah.. It came out great.

The only thing I didn't have was garam masala. I mixed up my own version using the net.

I'll probably eat it for lunch the next few days.

One of the nice things in this book is that it gives you nutritional breakdown per serving for each recipe as well. Those trying to stick to a strict diet can try some of these without busting it.
