Bruce Greenstein was appointed by Bobby to head DHH. In that position he was in charge of letting the largest contract the State lets. Bruce Greenstein overaw the state entering into a $200 million contract with a company called CNSI to do medicaid processing.
Guess what? he used to work for CNSI. But he claims he did nothing to stir the contract to CNSI BUT
Well it gets uglier.
Hummm. Wonder what the payday for Greenstein would have been had the contract continued??
I guess since he was supervised by an administration with the gold standard of ethics it was just coincidence and random happenstance.
Has anyone mentioned lately that Jindal's brother works for the firm representing BP and that claims to have the largest film and media practice in the country??? I don't why I thought about that as I read about Jindal appointee Greenstein.

But phone records and other data included in the released documents show at least 2,882 contacts between Greenstein and CNSI executives and the company’s lobbyist.
Well it gets uglier.

CMS approved the CNSI contract in February 2012. The state could not move forward without CMS authorization. The Jindal administration gave final approval in March 2012.
A year later, as news of a federal grand jury probe broke, the Jindal administration abruptly canceled the contract even though it had spent the time defending its award through a series of challenges from firms that had lost the bid to CNSI.
Greenstein resigned a short time later.

Pay no attention to the nakedness of the Reform and Gold Standard of Ethics Governor.

Looks like corruption to me.
Guess I can see it whether it is done by a D or an R. These are some good glasses.

This is old news. CNSI kept requesting more money and kept trying to amend the contract because they were in over their heads scope-wise.
The state knew about this connection etc from the very beginning and used it as an ace up their sleeve to cancel the contract when it became obvious CNSI wasn't capable of finishing the job.
