Hypothetical - Obama, Executive Order & Amnesty

If early next year, after the mid-terms, Obama decided to break out the pin and grant amnesty to all of these illegal immigrants pouring into the country:
(a) Would it be challenged by the GOP;
(b) Would it be legal for him to do it;
(c) If challenged, would it be overturned; and
(d) Would Democrats support this unilateral action?
BTW, I saw roughly 20 commercial buses in an abandoned parking lot off of I-55 South in Jackson, MS earlier this morning. Made me wonder who was on them or who would be on them.

By the current Judiciary? Can't say. Roberts may say its some kind of tax... It should shut him down immediately.

I doubt he will bust out his bad assed pen.
This is nothing more than a political ploy, he needs this to bludgeon Rs with.
Demand 4 billion with no clear cut goals.
Rs refuse, they hate Hispanics and chirren as much as they hate women.
Give him the 4 billion and it gets used to integrate future Dem voters into America.
He will not deport and he will not make any substantive changes to this shite show.
