First off, I workout almost every day and I know "abs are made in the kitchen" so save yourself. I eat healthy.

I'm just looking for some type of workout plan specifically for the core/abs.

I mix in crunches into my workouts but would like an actual plan, if anyone knows of good ones.

TIA

Planks
swiss ball crunches
pikes
pull-ups (dead-hang, not that "kipping" crap)
squats (traditional/back, overhead, and front)

I think I'm about to up my game and get my body back in shape. I'm in the worst shape of my adult life probably. But if I start eating right and running again I can get my solid 6 pack. Can't do ab workouts because of my lower back being fricked.....

But yeah I'm about to get back in the game. It's time to get pool side ready

Do abs between your lifts, as you said you already are.

Watch people that are buffer than you for more ideas of what to do

yeah I know, late start.... But I can go shirtless 9-10 months out of the year in S.La so getting your pool side shape on is year round Baw. Or when I visit the Laffy taffy I can roll local and go Smedium like a true Baw

The best way to train your abs is in TUT. Do circuits and change up the exercises you do every time. The iPhone app I linked randomizes the ab workout for you and shows you videos on how to do each exercise.

My abs are there, just need to lose some fat, like 90% of people. Planning on doing some HIIT (sprints, jump rode), and maybe some lower ab work--like the leg raises when handing from the pull-up bar with those strap things, or just at the dip station.
