A friend of mine who works in the quarter posted this pic on her FB.
I thought it was a double or a fake. She says it's him he was in the VIP section at a club on Bourbon last night.

He goes on outings all the time, he was in NOLA a few years back.
May have a reason.
I wish Steph took more pictures because there I need a full shot to know for sure.
