I made that same mistake with my kids a few years ago. We didn't know it was cow day and everyone was dressed up, including some young adults in full costume complete with fake udders. Uhh...

The one here near my job had these free cow hats, kind of like the old Burger King Crowns, that they were giving away wednesday and yesterday. Said if you come back in wearing it you get something free. No way in hell you'd catch me in there today. Way overcrowded. I don't know why people will stand in a crowded line for a half hour for a free $3 sandwich or nuggets. And why even bother with the cow theme. Just call it free nuggets day or something and give away a certain amount.
