Sometimes people wonder if they should wait to see a scene. I just saved those people some time. It's called being courteous to the other posters on the board. If you've got a problem with that perhaps you need to reexamine your life.

my GF and I were annoyed at that too.
its kind of become expected in that movies based on comics have either a mid or post credits scene

post credit scenes are never worth my time...They're almost always terrible and try and leave the movie on some mysterious note. I want to stop watching when the story is over. Cliffhanger movie endings piss me off save for the empire strikes back and I wouldn't say it ended on a cliffhanger there just was a cliffhanger.
The only one I've stayed for was x men days of future past and only because I heard someone say "apocalypse" as I was getting up to leave

More than a few folks stayed through the credits last night (I usually do anyway). Not sure why they thought a Planet of the Apes movie would have an after-credits scene. They were audibly upset that they didn't get an extra scene.

I'm not deriding people who stay...it just isn't worth my time for 5 seconds of something that might change how I feel about the movie. If I have a sense of closure or resolution, why Hollywood do you want to rip that away from me?
