Posted the step by step process with pics on the Outdoor Board..... but figured I would put the finished product on here since they have been discussed in the past.

Yep. Total cost was $420...spent $325 on granite!

Something low.

In the midst of that Target sale on Siegen n BR (thanks to FDB), I bought a big ham & a couple briskets. I cut the ham into pieces to smoke..... To use while cooking other things (beans, greens, etc). Likely I smoke the ham and a piece of one of those briskets.

Searing a steak will happen this weekend tho, rest assured of that

The temp control is so awesome on the cermic cookers.

I have a kamado joe........I wish now I'd have gotten the primo, just for the oval shape.

I have the Kamado Joe and love it. But, would love to get a Primo XL right next to it.
