My buddy got tickets from LSU and sent me a screen shot of the ticket page. His tickets are listed in section 129X at a cost of $220 per ticket.

I went back to the original ticket request and the most expensive ticket they listed was $200 and that was club level and/or mid field lower level tickets. These tickets are lower level, but not midfield and not in the club level.

This got me thinking that the X next to the section could mean they had access to the club level or a private suite.

Did anyone else get tickets in this section and does anyone know why there is an X or why the cost is more than what LSU listed?

I may end up buying these tickets and was hoping to find out before agreeing to the purchase.

That seems odd, your buddy may want to double check with LSU to make sure he didn't get overcharged somehow. Doesn't make sense that $165 seats showed up as $220 on a bill, especially when the club seats were only $200

We got (8) in section 723 row R. thats the last row in the damn bldg btw...................and endzone at that

anyway, we were charged $1080. Thats $135 a pop. that seems high for the worst absolute seats in the stadium

It's actually considered a club section, that's why it costs so much.

Located on the highest tier from the playing field and behind the north endzone is the 700 Level Directors Club seats. While located furthest from the field, these are Club seats which offer a more luxurious experience for Texans games including a full service bar, complimentary buffet, 12,000 square foot lounge with views of both the field and downtown Houston, and 24 flat panel televisions. Sections 717-726 make up this location which provides fans with a birds eye view of the field from behind and in-front of the line of scrimmage. Sections in this location contain just 4 rows and make for a very convenient and easy experience while watching the game, even though the view may be far.

Yeah, I just got notified of my club level seats as well. I was initially in sticker shock due to location, but after seeing the amenities (extra leg room, televisions, as well as those mentioned above), I'm quite happy to pay the $135 per.

In Dallas, I had club seats and no amenities were offered other than a big room with a bunch of flat screens.

Food and drink were not complimentary at the LSU game but were for Cowboys' games.

on the texans website it says its a club level. there are only 4 rows in the 700's (the last 4 of the stadium). 12,000 square foot bar/lounge overlooking the houston skyline (who gives a shite). Full service bar and a complimentary buffet.

The texans website pimps it pretty hard. Sounds like a price hike for shitty seats if you ask me. The section below that is half the price. Thats right, better seats.........half the price. This club better be badass for the $$$ difference that was stuck to me. I didnt request the top of the nosebleed section club endzone seats. My tickets are $135 a piece. 5 rows closer to the field would be $55 cheaper per seat. that makes no fricking sense whatsoever

There was a room called the Legends Club in Cowboy Stadium that had free food and free booze. It was open to people that were in suites and some people in the club level. The ticket prices were more expensive than other tickets but it was all first class. I hit the bar hard and made sure to get my money's worth.

I was charged 135 bucks per for 4 in sec 744. Theyre called club but according to that, we're not in the sections listed- we're in the opposite end zone. Anybody know the difference?

Does anyone know if the endzone field level "lounge" has anything other than normal concessions? I was hoping for club seats and ended up with tickets that are $10 more than some of the club level, but aren't club level themselves.

Got notified that I got the 4 I asked for, but no location was given. How did you learn the ticket location.

Just one more way fans get wallet-raped for these "money-grab" neutral site games !

Go to lsusports.net, click on tickets and login to your account. Then hit order history and click on that game and it will tell you.
