DWI but no DWI

I recently tried to switch to a different car insurance. Little did I know, I have a DWI on my record. The problem with this is I have never been pulled over or arrested or have any record of ever receiving a DWI. I got an MIP in school, then pulled over on a suspended license, but somehow in the midst of that, a DWI got thrown in there. How the hell did this happen and how the hell can I get rid of it?

In Arkansas if you get an MIP for underage drinking they suspend your license.

It can be fixed. Just get a lawyer and they will explain the process. If you truly were not arrested, it was an admin mistake. People make mistakes and key the wrong stuff sometimes unfortunately
