Anyone have a recommendation for a reasonably priced person/co. that can repair or replace these at my house? Thanks in advance!

Call this guy. Fixed the same problem in a large window in my dining room.
He's legit and inexpensive.

Drill a small hole at the top and bottom then wash the window and dry it out then seal the holes up to where it will let moisture out but not let any in.

The best way that I can explain it is that he hooked up a machine that pulled out all of the moisture and then replaced the seals around the window.

He didn't drill any holes that I noticed. He did wash it though then replaced the main seal.

Gotcha
That's just the way I have always seen it done. That or just get a replacement sash.
ETA: The holes are only like 3/8 so they are fairly small

Pull a vacuum on the space in between to remove air
