That Apes trailer almost killed my browser. Geez. Literally took like 45 seconds to load and start it. I have 10 gigs of ram in this thing and it slowed it down that much, Ridiculous. FTR I am using firefox not IE.
Movie looks...interesting. Visually it looks fantastic. I hope they are putting Moses into war with Ramses BEFORE he comes back for the Israelites. Also his cuirass and chainmail are still really bothering me. I did catch a glimpse where Bale's beard was a good bit longer than on the poster, only thing is he still doesnt look like Moses. I can buy Ramses....ish.

Probably so.
Did you know Jesus was a Jew?

Visually it looks awesome. I think moses would have been a bit more middle eastern looking than bale eh?

I heard that once before, I think. I think it's bullshite. Why would a Jew start Christianity?
Duh.
Shema Israel Adonai Eloheinu Adonai echad
and all that stuff. That's the only part I know off the top of my head, full disclosure.
(I'm not being serious if that's not transparent -- I'm very well-versed in this subject matter)

I'm pretty sure we were both on the same page with our sarcasm

Joel Edgerton as Ramses? I'm sorry, I'm just not buying these guys playing these historical figures. Just seems off to me.

Meh. That trailer doesn't do much for me.

Moses looks like a warrior, which isn't good. He doesn't need a beard that reaches halfway down his chest, but I think he needs to look like a shepherd. An armored Moses is pretty insulting to be honest. Maybe when he's an Egyptian, but the second he realizes he's a Jew, you serious Clark? Horrible decision. Yes, I'm glad they're deciding that they want to focus on the brotherly aspect of their relationship, but the Prince of Egypt perfected it.
