Omegle web site question

My wife and I just found out our 15 year old son has been on the Omegle web site for the last month. Supposedly he has only chatted all that time with one person. There are enough red flags with what he has said that he is not allowed on it. I wanted to see if anyone here has been on it and their thoughts of that site, especially for a 15 year old to be on it. Thanks.

How do you know he has been talking to the same person every time, and how do you know what he has been saying?
