Has this been released yet? I was looking for it and I only saw the WVU game and the tournament in the Virgin Islands listed

Looks like an quality upgrade in competition in what you listed. I don't see all the SWAC/Southland matchups that have dominated recent OOC schedules.

The SEC is "encouraging" teams to upgrade their OOC hoops schedules and I agree with that.

I don't think you can get better until you identify your weaknesses and better competition does that.

Yet. The OOC schedule isn't complete

Not really, outside of maybe WVU. There isn't anyone on the OOC sched (so far) that looks to be a NCAAT team. Of course it's better than making trips to such storied campuses as Coastal Carolina and UC-Irvine, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.

True, but given those we have committed to the number will certainly be less that what it has been the last few years.

There may be some quality teams in the tournament we're playing in. But from my perspective the if we can keep the SWAC/Southland teams to a bare minimum, and it looks like that may be the case, that's a quality upgrade. I'm hopeful we'll use at least one of the remaining slots to get a quality name home game.
