Court documents filed by the U.S. Justice Department in the criminal case against Benghazi attack suspect Ahmed Abu Khatallah provide unprecedented details about the evolution of the assault and further shatter the Obama administration's initial claim that it sprouted from protests over an anti-Islam film.

The narrative that the video played a role continues to live on, with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton saying recently that some of the attackers may indeed have been influenced by the online video.

Oh the irony. This whole Benghazi scandal may be unraveled by the very same DOJ that is working overtime to cover for the administration in every other scandal.

Everyone knows it was one big arse lie, this is nothing new IMO. The video was something that planned to cover up the Blind Sheik Protests in Cairo, so it was convenient to keep going with it, but it just wasn't true with Benghazi....never was, like everything else in this Administration.

They are trying to convict the guy, can't use the lies in court, or risk further exposure...LOL!!!

No kidding! The sweet irony is that for Obama to look like a tough guy on these terrorists by bringing this one to justice after about two years, he has to show his hand. He isn't playing poker however, he is playing "Bull shite".

To summarize the article:

quote:

The indictment itself claims the defendant "did knowingly and intentionally conspire and agree with other conspirators ... to provide material support and resources to terrorists," knowing they'd be used "in preparation for and in carrying out" the attack.

No doubt...outraged at the vid...grabbed their mortars and RPG's and got some payback. Piece of cake...given Hillary's malfeasant/non existent oversight of MANY compound security REQUESTS.

Obama...video games during the shootout....Vegas fundraiser the next morn.

Valiant leaders. We'll be fine.

The frickin' Three Stooges would do less harm up there.
