On 30A this week and rented a board. Family loved it on the beach. What's a good board that the family would enjoy on Lake Pontchatrain and I could bust reds on.

Bote makes some nice fiberglass ones. Jackson makes some nice plastic ones.

I just bought a Bote board a couple mths back. It's real nice! I've only fished it once and got skunked. Can't wait to get a nice red on it!!

Bote is your best option for a from the factory setup for fishing. The HD or Ahab specifically, they are expensive.

It was a Yolo. Supposedly a good one that retails around $1600.
