That's incredible. I'd do that job for free on my weekends.

Ho Lee Fuk! Turns a tree into sawdust in seconds! Not very useful for logging though.

These new are 48-75K. Changing the teeth cost roughly 3-4k. It takes about 3 hrs to change the teeth.

FAE. Most companies that make these mulchers/grinders are based out of Italy. FAE has a warehouse in ATL and all North America/South American sales are done from there. Italians seem to have the market cornered on mulchers and PTO driven tillers. You can find a few brands made elsewhere but they usually aren't the quality of the Italian brands. I sell these heads and its fun to get to run them every now and then, especially after a bad day/week. I'd say the heads for the excavators are easier to run than the heads we build for skid steers. It takes a freakin pilots license to run one on a skid steer. Waaay too many joysticks and controls for me to be efficient. We sell more excavator heads in La than we do skid steer due to all the canals and swampy area skid steers cannot go. Wait for the next hurricane to hit, get right of way contract for cleanup, make tons of $$$$.
