Crushing opposing qb's and put them out!!

Not to long ago our defense would just crush opposing qb's and they would not finish the game. It was serious aggressive gang tackles and they would get woozy and not come back. I remember mostly clean hits but real aggressive take no prisoner attitudes. Hopefully this years D will knock a few out...

The Iowa qb I believe. I think the killed the qb from Appalachian State in 2009.

I miss the days of decapitating the opposing QB's. Where is the passion these days?

Iowa - Sacked him 3 times in 3 quarters and left with an injury. I wouldn't say that we "crushed the opposing QB".
App. St. - Sacked twice and played the whole game. Must have killed him after the game. And yea, we put pressure on him, but being up 31-0 at halftime kind of helps.
