I have Rosetta Stone on my laptop. I bought a new computer recently and I want to put the program on there. How do I transport it from one computer to the other? Is it possible? Tia

do you have the original disks? ISO image?

if you have to install it, just go back to the original software.

"Transferring" large programs is generally not possible, at least not easily. Just copying over the folder where the program is installed usually won't do it, because most installers throw necessary files all over the windows directory, and put entries in the registry. Like CAD said, you're going to need the install disk/program.

You probably need to deactivate it on the old computer and then install it on the new computer. LINK

with rosetta stone youll have to install the program from the install disk, and youll have to deactivate the account from the first laptop to activate it on the second.

rosetta stone is one of those highly pirated programs and have taken several steps to curb that.

I have a Win 7 VM completely set up and dedicated to Rosetta Stone. Think I have 10+ languages full installs.

Now to actually fire it up and use it.
